The FINANCIAL — Amsterdam, The Netherlands and Nashville, USA – Royal Philips Electronics announced today that it has acquired AllParts Medical, a privately owned US-based provider of imaging equipment parts and training.
The acquisition supports Philips’ commitment to provide the imaging market with the highest quality service parts, training programs and technical support. It is an excellent fit with Philips’ Multi-Vendor Services business and growth ambitions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
