The FINANCIAL — Michael Sessa and Dan Maslauski, specializing in tenant representation and responsible for several high-profile headquarters transactions, have joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago office. Both were most re-cently with JLL.
Mr. Sessa and Mr. Maslauski will bolster the tenant representation group, building on the firm’s strength in representing tenants, while adding significant expertise with large, complex headquarter and national rede-ployment assignments.

Mr. Sessa joins as Executive Vice President. He has participated in transactions totaling more than eight million square feet for global brands. Mr. Maslauski, also an Executive Vice President, has more than 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate and a deep understanding of the Chicago market.
