The FINANCIAL — According to abc.az., decline of average prices at the Baku market of sale-purchase and growth of leasing of non-residential floor-space was observed in July 2008.
Public association “Real Estate Market Participants” reports that average price of non-residential floor-space declined by 1.2% and prices for leasing grew by 1.8%.
“Quantity of concluded agreements reduced by 1.1%. Exposition term increased by 1.6% and level of risks increased respectively,” it was reported.
Average price per 1 sq. m of non-residential floor-space for a month declined from $3,605 to $3,561 (under the supply).
“On the basis of conducted surveys it was defined that compared to the previous month decline in prices reached 1.2% and compared to early 2008 grew by 28.6%. Year on year growth makes 35.2%,” it was informed.
In July quantity of non-residential floor-space at the price of less than $3,651 made 57.8% of the total portfolio.
