The management team is now made up of the following members: General Director – Asmus Rotne, Director – Ketevan Khuskivadze, Director – Sofia Kordzakhia.
About Asmus Rotne – Chairman of the Management Board / General Director. Asmus Rotne has been the General Director of ProCredit Bank in Georgia since April 2014. Mr Rotne joined the ProCredit group in 2002 and was the Branch Network Manager and the Deputy General Director of ProCredit Bank Georgia from 2002 to 2007. In his twelve years with the group, he has also served as the General Director of ProCredit Bank Armenia and ProCredit Bank Moldova and the Deputy General Director of ProCredit Bank Romania.
About Ketevan Khuskivadze – Member of the Management Board / Director. Ms Khuskivadze was appointed to the bank’s Management Board in autumn 2010 and is currently in charge of the Risk and Legal Departments. Ms Khuskivadze has been with ProCredit Bank since it was founded in 1999. Ms Khuskivadze graduated from the ProCredit Academy (Fürth, Germany) in 2008.
About Sofia Kordzakhia – Member of the Management Board / Director. Ms Kordzakhia was appointed to the bank’s Management Board in spring 2014, and is currently in charge of the HR and the Finance Departments. She joined ProCredit Bank in 2005. Ms. Kordzakhia graduated from the ProCredit Regional Academy (Macedonia) in 2011 and is currently studying at the ProCredit Academy (Fürth, Germany).
Net profit for 2013 reached GEL 20 million
In 2013, most branches were renovated according to the bank’s new design concept, which aims to create a pleasant and convenient environment in which customers can quickly receive high-quality services tailored to their needs.
In addition, branches were equipped with self-service areas, which offer customers around-the- clock access to a wide variety of banking services.
Overall, 2013 was another successful year for ProCredit Bank Georgia. The bank maintained its strong market position and continued to provide reliable and socially responsible banking services both to businesses and private clients.
Total customer funds increased by 7% to GEL 562 million (USD 324 million).
The total loan portfolio decreased by 2% and reached GEL 711 million (USD 410 million).
In 2013, net profit amounted to GEL 20 million (USD 11 million), 12 % higher than the planned figures.
