The FINANCIAL — Two public buildings in the Ukrainian city of Ukrainka will become more energy efficient thanks to support from the EU-funded “Covenant of Mayors – Demonstration Projects” programme.
This particular project foresees the retrofitting and insulation of the facades of the two buildings – a cultural centre and a sports centre.
An energy audit of the buildings, which were both constructed in the 1960s, will be conducted by the project experts. This will help identify the problems that need to be addressed in order to help save energy and make them more comfortable for citizens.
