The FINANCIAL — As online demand flourishes, scalability and personalization help to define customer experience, sales and return visits, according to Oracle.
By moving its ecommerce operations to Oracle Commerce, health supplements leader and Internet Retailer Top 500 organization PureFormulas will take advantage of Oracle’s multi-site architecture to support expansion, while significantly enhancing its customer experience and personalization capabilities.
PureFormulas, an interactive health supplement retailer, has selected Oracle Commerce to help drive sales and improve the customer experience on its site, according to Oracle.
Oracle solutions will help PureFormulas tailor the online shopping experience based on preferences of consumers within unique market segments, which can lead to increased conversions and order value.
The retailer will also gain the ability cross-sell, up-sell and personalize promotions for individual shoppers, which can help increase margins and overall revenue, according to Oracle.
PureFormulas expects the Oracle Commerce search and navigation capabilities to help drive more traffic to its ecommerce sites, increase customer satisfaction and boost sales with advanced merchandising and recommendations. The Oracle Commerce solution replaces a legacy, homegrown platform.
“Together with Oracle Commerce we expect to strengthen our customer experience, customer loyalty, improve our brand value, achieve better operating results, increase business agility across the board, all while growing our revenue significantly,” said Jose Prendes, Chief Executive Officer of PureFormulas.
“Maintaining and improving its customer-centric approach is a huge priority for PureFormulas,” said Mike Webster, senior vice president and general manager, Oracle Retail. “Oracle Commerce provides the tools they need to really redefine exceptional customer experiences, while putting in place a solution that supports rapid growth now and well into the future,” he added.
