The FINANCIAL — The Qwest Foundation is announcing a $20,000 donation to American Red Cross Chapters serving flood affected areas of North Dakota and Minnesota. The donation will assist with disaster recovery work in the region.
"The American Red Cross provides a vital service to the community in this great time of need," said John Stanoch, Qwest president in North Dakota and Minnesota. "Qwest is proud to help and we urge others to donate."
The Qwest Foundation is donating $15,000 to the Minn-Kota Chapter of the American Red Cross serving the Red River Valley. The West Dakota Chapter of the American Red Cross serving the Bismarck area will receive $5,000.
