The FINANCIAL — The finalists of the world’s leading International property event were named on 29 January in Paris, France.
The hotel situated in the Kakheti region was nominated in the category of “Best Hotel & Tourism Award”.
The 11-member jury selected 45 projects from 19 countries that now go forward to the finals of the international real estate industry’s premier awards.
The 2020 finalists reflect the global appeal of the MIPIM Awards. This year the jury reviewed over 228 entries from 45 countries and shortlisted the finest projects in each of the 11 competition categories.
The winners will be announced at the MIPIM Awards ceremony on Thursday, 12 March at 6.30pm in the Grand Auditorium of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
The winners will be selected by both MIPIM delegates voting in Cannes for projects of their choice and by the jury. The winners will be selected on a 50:50 basis combining delegates’ votes cast on-site and the jury’s own votes.
The MIPIM 2020 will take place in Cannes from 10-13 March and will gather the most Influential International Property Industry Players, including Real Estate Developers, Investors and Hospitality field representatives.
The project “Radisson Collection Hotel, Tsinandali Estate” was developed by Silk Road Group with the financial support of the Partnership Fund and TBC Bank.
