The FINANCIAL — For the first time in Georgia’s history, Redix consumers are able to evaluate the renovation and construction material quality of their acquired estate in advance.

On February 19, 2008 Redix developer officially opened the first ever fully renovated demonstrative room- the so called Showroom.
The showroom, equipped with home appliances and various accessories makes the customer feel the advantages of acquiring a fully renovated estate. The demonstrative room gives the maximum comfort perception future consumers could benefit from.
Marjanishvili Theatre actors helped in creating the homey atmosphere. The presentation was attended by the top banking-financial representatives.
The full renovation initiative includes: built-in kitchen by Italian manufacturer, air-funnel, BOSCH refrigerator, gas-stove, washing and dish machines, Canadian Oak floor, European sanitary technique complex, individual heating and conditioning system, and permanent water and energy supply.
“Selling so called “white” or “black” constructions is forbidden by legislation in Europe and the U.S.A. We’re motivated to establishing a progressive direction in Georgia. Redix gains no financial benefit from offering a built-in kitchen and home appliances to its clients. We’re committed to providing people with the best comfort possible,” Mzia Sharashidze, Redix PR Manager, told The FINANCIAL.
According to Sharashidze, prices for Redix projects range from USD 1 200 to USD 1 400, which is even cheaper than the amount of money clients would pay for the renovation of the “white” or “black” constructions.
“Due to inflation in the country, prices on construction materials are increased every now and then. I would say Redix clients are provided with a kind of insurance guaranteeing that they pay once and live with confidence, expecting no extra expenses for having to re-renovate the estate in a couple of years,” said Sharashidze.
As for Redix’s further plans, besides the construction of exclusive housing and business estates, Redix plans to go beyond the construction projects and consider charity activities as well. One of the most important in this respect is the Sighnaghi Christianity Museum and the Marjanishvili House-Museum in Kvareli. It is also planned to conduct renovation-reconstruction works of historical heritage sights both in Tbilisi and in the regions.
Redix is the developer which for the first time in history offered the Georgian population to buy estate at the Business Centre at Vajha (BCV), an opportunity to get commercial estate and a parking place for free.
From January 15 to March 15, Redix is running a special promotion in the frame of which people buying housing, office or commercial estate at BCV will get parking places for free. The luckiest participant of the promotion will get Redyprize- commercial estate as a gift from the company.
