The FINANCIAL — According to Civil Georgia, President Saakashvili will deliver speech to the Parliament on October 6 and present “new vision related to economic novelties,” Davit Bakradze, the parliamentary chairman, said on October 5.
“This will be an initial vision on the issue and he will inform us about concrete proposals on how he views new economic policy and then the government will submit concrete draft laws in frames of this package,” Bakradze said.
