The FINANCIAL — Silknet, one of the leading providers of internet and phone communication in Georgia is going to open 7 innovative service centres in 2011 according to company representatives. Nino Daraseli, Head of the Public Relations Department of Silknet, says new service centres will be opened in Saburtalo, Gldani, Didube and Avlabari districts of Tbilisi.
For the first time since rebranding, company Silknet opened an innovative and modern design service centre on Chavchavadze Avenue last week.
“Today, after the rebranding of our company we are opening our first service centre, which is quite unique. It is equipped with modem technology and has an ultra modern design presented by the architects and inventors. The idea of this modern design belongs to Gogiko Sakvarelidze,” Daraseli said.
“This service centre represents a show room for Silk TV and Silk internet users. People may receive information and get acquainted with the services that we offer. People can check the speed of internet with the help of laptops at our service centre. People can also pay their bills here, buy products that we offer and receive all the kinds of information they need. We plan to open the same type of service centre in the nearest future on Saburtalo Ave. Gldani, Didube Avlabari and in many other locations. We also plan to refurbish and renew our existing service centres,” Daraseli said.
According to Giorgi Gugunishvili, General Director of Silknet, the company is planning to open 7 more service centres in different regions of Tbilisi.
“As you see we have implemented a very modern design theme at our service centre. Our aim is for our consumers to receive all kinds of information about our company’s service and receive information about what kind of products we offer. We want our customers, before buying any of our products, to have had the opportunity to check beforehand and realize what they are buying. Our company’s main aims are to be maximally attractive for every segment of people in Georgia. Our door is always open for any kind of consumer question and to solve any kind of problems they might encounter,” Gugunishvili said.
“One of our company’s main priorities is CSR so in line with this, we have made special access ramps for disabled people in order to make it easier for them to receive information without any problems. We are also keen to employ some disabled people at our company in the nearest future, so as to promote social equality in the workplace, and are working on this very direction at the moment,” Daraseli said.
“Last year our company was recognized as the year’s most innovative company. The new service centre proves this fact as it has the most innovative design and concept. We always try to be different and we promise that we will continue doing so. This is the first of 8 service centres that are planned to be added in the future,” said Ramaz Kukuladze, First Deputy CEO of JSC Silknet.
“We will work on improving our products, we will continue offering novelties to people and add new products in the future too,” Kukuladze said.
