The FINANCIAL — The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) always takes an active part in the social life of the countries it has business relations with, in the solution of social problems of local population, as well as contributes to the improvement of their material well-being in accordance with regulations adopted by the international community.
SOCAR Energy Georgia takes an active part in the implemented measures to eliminate the results of floods in Tbilisi on June 13-14.
The staff of SOCAR extends its sincere condolences over the casualties resulted from the devastating flood. SOCAR Energy Georgia has allocated 50 thousand laris to assist residents of the capital affected by the disaster. Besides, the service of Tbilisi mayor’s office dealing with the social problems of the population was provided with 10 thousand litres of fuel, according to SOCAR.
The company management considers other possible options of the assistance measures.
