ORGANIZED IN 2009 AS SPIN-OFF OF SOFTLINE JSC
Softengi LLC was organized in 2009 as a spin-off of Softline JSC, one of early market leaders in Ukraine. Softline JSC has been a member of USUBC for four years and has been represented on the USUBC board of directors by Yuri Sivitskiy, one of the four original founding partners in 1995. Softengi will be represented on the USUBC board of directors by Ruslan Olkhovsky, CEO and Managing Partner and a former senior executive at Softline JSC.
Softengi quickly became a strong player on the international markets as it inherited a strong corporate culture, state-of-the art-knowledge, experience and highly qualified personnel from Softline JSC. This gave Softengi the flexibility and dynamics of an agile company and the strength of a large corporation, having inspired and ambitious management and staff on board.

"Ukrainian Growth Fund III, managed by SigmaBleyzer, became a major international investor in Softline JSC in 2000. USUBC is most pleased to have Softengi LLC as a member and look forward to working with them as they expand their work around the globe in software engineering.," Williams stated.
