The FINANCIAL — Number of tourists that came to the southern Turkish province Antalya via airway has exceeded 8.5 million since the beginning of the year, according to Today's Zaman.
The provincial office of culture and tourism said on October 11 that 424,468 tourists arrived in the province in the first ten days of October.
With these latest figures, the total number of tourists that travelled to Antalya via airway since the beginning of 2010 has become 8,614,245.
The highest number of tourists came from Russia, Germany and the Netherlands within this period, officials said.
