The FINANCIAL — Saïd Business School has risen to 7th in the World and 1st in the UK in the combined ranking of Executive Education programmes compiled by the Financial Times, published today (Monday 14 May).
According to Saïd Business School, rising 5 places from last year Saïd Business School now ranks 12th worldwide for custom programmes and is 15th for open enrolment executive programmes.
Andrew White, Associate Dean of Executive Education said: 'It is testament to the quality of our faculty and dedication of our programmes teams who ensure that we are consistently able to provide the high quality, relevant and engaging programmes to both custom and open clients. We continue to serve long standing clients such as BAE Systems, Standard Chartered Bank, BG and MAN and this year we have have been commissioned to deliver a number of new programmes for clients including the UK Cabinet Office, a Canadian headquartered energy company, and the Razak School of Government in Malaysia.'
The rankings follow the success of the school in the prestigious EFMD case writing competition where it won two awards. Kathryn Bishop, Associate Fellow won the Euro-Mediterranean Managerial Practices and Issues category with her case: Becoming a Trusted Advisor. Roger Strang and Cynthia Schweer not only won the African Business Cases category with their case, mothers2mothers, but were also honoured with the ‘Best of the Best’ category.
