A seasoned research professional, Darlene brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading world-class teams across Asia and the U.S. to deliver both high client satisfaction and high employee engagement. She has strong sector knowledge and a wide network in the industry. Darlene began her market research career in Taiwan, where was Managing Director of TNS Taiwan and later Head of Customized Research for TNS Greater China. Prior to joining Synovate, Darlene was Vice President Marketing & Operations based in New York.
