The FINANCIAL — NIB and the Swedish municipality of Strängnäs have signed a 25-year framework loan agreement of SEK 280 million (EUR 27.16 million) to finance its investment programme for wastewater infrastructure improvements. The uncommitted credit facility has been provided for the Municipality of Strängnäs’ investment programme for wastewater infrastructure projects between 2020 and 2024. The investments will ensure optimum economic use of existing infrastructure and sufficient flexibility for future needs by the expansion and upgrading of the waste water treatment and bio gas production in Strängnäs.
