The FINANCIAL — The liabilities associated with the European system of internet service providers will be discussed with government authorities, civil society and other relevant stakeholders during a workshop in the Georgian capital Tbilisi tomorrow.
The event is organised by the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument of the European Commission (TAIEX) upon the request of and in cooperation with the National Intellectual Property Centre of Georgia.
During the one day event, Danish and Hungarian experts will discuss with their Georgian counterparts the impact of intellectual property crime on society, EU and Georgian practice for the legal mechanisms of copyrights enforcement and the liability of internet service providers in this area, according to EU Neighbourhood Info Centre.
