The FINANCIAL — TBC Bank has opened its first branch in Shida Kartli, 46th one in Georgia. The Gori branch, launched on June 13, will serve the local population, organizations and companies in Shida Kartli.
The official presentation was attended by the bank’s management, region’s governor, the government and country’s elite representatives.
The Gori branch is set up according to modern standards, being an innovative approach in the local sector developed by TBC Bank
According to the bank, the Gori branch is built in accordance with international standards and offers its clients a wide range of services: no barriers are set between the staff and clients, they’re served in an open area and the service process itself is absolutely open and transparent.
TBC Bank’s new branch directly expresses the concept included in the bank’s slogan: My Bank is on My Side. Clients and the staff are seen side by side making decisions together. Such advance standard branches are operated by the top international banks: Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro, City Bank.
The bank first started the exploitation of the new concept branches 5 months ago. By the end of the year the number of 12 already existing new standard branches will increase up to 40.
International Consultancy company Senteo worked on the concept of TBC Bank’s new branches. As the company declared, the Gori branch will offer the best banking services to its clients. The branch will also serve private persons as well as various organizations and commercial companies.

Making decisions together with the client – the staff person and the client will be able to watch the monitor choose the right product.
