New Year events have already started at the Tbilisi Marriott Hotel. From December 12 it has been possible to buy their famous Gingerbread House from 55 GEL +18% VAT. Till New Year’s night almost every day is full of special offers from the Tbilisi Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott Tbilisi. “We have a special Christmas menu that includes amuse-bouche, an Entrée, main course, desert, still/sparkling water, and one bottle of wine per two people for just 68 GEL +VAT,” said Keti Gvritishvili, Tbilisi Marriott Hotel Marketing Coordinator.
“We also have a Christmas Brunch buffet for 59 GEL +VAT. We offer a special New Year’s room package including breakfast for two and a bottle of champagne on New Year’s Eve for 180 USD +VAT. On New Year’s night we will be offering dinner at Parnas Restaurant. A band will be playing live music from 10 p.m. Dinner for two persons at Parnas Restaurant and an overnight stay will cost 300 GEL +18%VAT. This plus late breakfast for two people is available for 400 GEL +18%VAT,” Gvritishvili added.
Restaurants in Tbilisi are inviting people to have a special New Year meal with them, listen to Georgian pop stars and participate in a lottery draw. The programme starts at 11 p.m. on December 31. 150 GEL is the average price for a New Year’s Eve celebration at Tbilisi restaurants. “MODJO, Lela Tsurtsumia, Duet Georgia and DJ Tako will entertain our guests on New Year’s night,” said Kalakuri Restaurant administration. Prices of tickets start from 160 GEL and go up to 230 GEL. We will have many surprises for our guests,” added the administration.
Nightclubs are planning their New Year’s Eve programmes as well. “We will offer three types of tickets so everyone can enjoy our programme. Ticket prices will start from 50 GEL. VIP places will cost 150 GEL. So the prices are really very affordable,” said Levan Iashvili, Manager of Triumph. “We are bringing one of the best DJs from England. We will have prizes and surprises for our guests. We expect people to come to Triumph after 12 p.m.,” Iashvili added.
“We are inviting Maka Gamkhrelidze, Khatuna Jalagonia and Giorgi Tsiklauri with the David Iluridze band. They will be performing world hits. After 3 p.m. DJ Kenzo will continue the music programme. Our ticket prices vary from 120-150 GEL.
