The FINANCIAL — On 23 September 2015, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister David Dondua met Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Georgia Suresh Babu (residing in Yerevan), according to MFA Georgia.
Talking points included the issues on the agenda of Georgia-India bilateral relations and prospects for further development of the co-operation. Special emphasis was put on the importance of developing the legal framework for enhancement of co-operation in the spheres of trade, economy, culture and education.
David Dondua and Suresh Babu focused on the main issues of multilateral co-operation. It was underlined that Georgian and India fruitfully co-operate within the international organisations supporting each other’s candidatures. The sides devoted special attention to the United Nations agenda.
