The FINANCIAL — On 14 April 2016, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister David Jalagania met Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iran to Georgia Abas Talebi Far.
Discussions focused on the issues of co-operation between Georgia and Iran and on the prospects of enhancing the co-operation. Talking points also included the active relations between the two countries, according to MFA of Georgia.
The Deputy Minister and the Ambassador also discussed the upcoming high-level visits both to Iran and to Georgia, including the possible visit of the Georgian Prime Minister to Iran.
