The FINANCIAL — On 5 May 2016, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister David Jalagania held a farewell meeting with Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Georgia (with residence in Kiev) Niniek Kun Naryatie in connection with the completion of her term of office in Georgia in late May, according to MFA of Georgia.
Talking points also included the issues on the agenda of bilateral relations and the prospects for further development of the co-operation between Georgia and Indonesia. The Deputy Minister and the Ambassador underlined the intensification of the bilateral relations in the political, economic, investments and cultural spheres. The two sides expressed the readiness to hold different cultural events both in Georgia and in Indonesia, underlined the need to strengthen trade and economic relations. According to Niniek Kun Naryatie, after her return to the Indonesian Foreign Ministry, she will facilitate the establishment of contacts between private sectors of the two countries.
In conclusion, the Georgian Foreign Minister thanked the Indonesian Ambassador for contribution made to the enhancement of Indonesian-Georgian relations and expressed the hope that the partnership and fruitful co-operation between the two countries will successfully continue in future as well.
