The FINANCIAL — On 21 June 2016, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister David Dondua met the delegation of the Congress of the Republic of Paraguay, members of the governing Colorado Party.
The delegation included Chairman of the Paraguayan-Georgian Parliamentary Group, Vice President of the Budget Commission Walter Enrique Harms Cespedes, President of the Paraguayan Congress Budget Commission Conrado Pappalardo and Vice President of the Paraguayan Industrial Association Jorge Pappalardo, according to MFA of Georgia.
Discussions focused on the issues on the agenda, including political, economic and interagency co-operation, inter alia, co-operation established between the legislative bodies of the two countries. The two sides agreed to carry out certain initiatives with a view to enhancing political and trade-economic co-operation and to improving bilateral legal basis.
