The FINANCIAL — The Austrian Foreign Minister in his capacity as OSCE Chairman will visit Georgia in 2017.
Within the frames of the informal OSCE Foreign Ministers’ meeting in Potsdam, Georgian Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze held a meeting with his Austrian counterpart, Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz, according to MFA of Georgia.
Sebastian Kurz expressed his willingness to visit Georgia in his capacity as OSCE Chairman in January 2017. The Ministers discussed the issues relating to cooperation within the framework of OSCE highlighting the importance of the Organisation’s engagement in the peaceful resolution process of the conflict.
The Foreign Minister of the Republic of Austria reaffirmed Austria’s support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as for its European and Euro-Atlantic integration, highlighting Georgia’s important progress across this path.
