The FINANCIAL — Georgian Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze met the Australian Ambassador to Georgia James Larsen (residing in Ankara).
Discussions focused on a broad spectrum of relations in bilateral and multilateral formats and prospects for future co-operation, according to MFA of Georgia.
The sides expressed their readiness to promote co-operation between the two counties in various areas, including energy, agriculture, tourism, education and culture. The sides also spoke about the possibility of carrying out bilateral high-level meetings.
James Larsen reaffirmed the Australian Government’s firm support for the non-recognition policy with respect to Georgia’s occupied regions.
