The FINANCIAL — Georgian Vice Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili paid a working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, according to MFA of Georgia.
In the frames of the visit, Giorgi Kvirikashvili will meet Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Frank-Walter Steinmeier. Following the meeting, the two Ministers will hold a joint press-conference.
The Georgian Foreign Minister will also hold meetings with German Federal Chancellor’s Adviser on Foreign and Security Policy Christoph Heusgen and with Deputy Chairperson of the CDU/CSU Parliamentary Group and Chairwoman of the Bundestag group of CSU parliamentarians Gerda Hasselfeldt.
The Georgian Foreign Minister will also meet Chairman of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Hans-Gert Pöttering, Director of the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (German Institute for International and Security Affairs) Volker Perthes and the German experts as well. The meetings with the business circles are also planned to be held.
In the frames of the visit, Giorgi Kvirikashvili will meet Secretary General of the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations Rainer Lindner and President of Eastern Europe Business Association of Germany Marcus Felsner.
