The FINANCIAL — On 14 December 2015, Georgian Vice Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili held a working dinner of an introductory nature with the non-resident Ambassadors accredited to Georgia.
The meeting was attended by the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark (with residence in Kiev), the newly appointed Ambassador of San Marino (with residence in San Marino), the Ambassador of the Republic of Fiji (with residence in Brussels), the Ambassador of Egypt (with residence in Yerevan), the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (with residence in Baku), the Ambassador of Korea (with residence in Baku), the Ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria (with residence in Ankara) and the Ambassador of the Republic of Chile (with residence in Warsaw). The diplomats presented copies of their credentials to the Deputy Foreign Ministers.
Discussions focused on bilateral relations between Georgia and the aforesaid countries. Talking points also included the current developments in Georgia; Georgia’s European and Euro-Atlantic integration and future prospects; the importance of visa liberalisation with the EU; and the current situation in the occupied territories.
Giorgi Kvirikashvili wished the Ambassadors success in their future endeavours, according to MFA of Georgia.
