The FINANCIAL — President of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev paid an official visit to Georgia.
Georgian Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze participated in the welcoming ceremony at the Tbilisi Shota Rustaveli International Airport.
Mikheil Janelidze underlined that this visit is a result of intensive bilateral relations existing between Georgia and Kyrgyzstan. At the welcoming ceremony, speaking to journalists Mikheil Janelidze focused on the enhancement of co-operation between the two countries in different spheres.
In the frames of the official visit, Almazbek Atambayev will meet Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikheil Janelidze, according to MFA of Georgia.
Almazbek Atambayev will tribute to the memory of those who died for the unity of Georgia and will lay a wreath at the Fallen Heroes Memorial.
