The FINANCIAL — Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin attending Ambassadorial 2017 as an honorary guest spoke before the gathering of Georgian Ambassadors abroad.
The Ukrainian Foreign Minister spoke about the traditionally friendly relations between Georgia and Ukraine and common challenges facing the two countries. He also highlighted the values, goals and visions Georgia and Ukraine share. Â Pavlo Klimkin expressed the hope that despite the difficulties the two countries will continue to pursue the path of European and Euro-Atlantic integration. He referred to the Association Agreement and visa-free travel with the EU as one of the key goals achieved on this path.
Pavlo Klimkin also highlighted the importance of the Declaration on Staregic Relations between Georgia and Ukraine signed by the Presidents of the two countries, which aims at promoting the development of political and economic relatons between Georgia and Ukraine and  further strengthening co-operation in bilateral and multilateral formats, according to MFA of Georgia.
