The FINANCIAL — Towers Watson’s M&A Practice advises clients on the people-related costs, risks and challenges of corporate transactions, with issues ranging from key elements of financial due diligence, through to workforce integration post-deal.
According to The Association of Business Schools, the announcement builds on existing relationships between the two parties, which sees Towers Watson produce the Quarterly Deal Performance Monitor; a report that examines all M&A deals with a value of at least $100 million completed in the quarter, with findings based on analysis by Cass Business School.
As part of the affiliation, Towers Watson will be positioned on MARC’s research committees and, along with the Centre and its existing sponsors, will advise on the direction and nature of future research, whilst having the opportunity to review and provide input into the research as it is being developed.
