After a dip last week, more Americans than ever before consider healthcare a top priority for the country. Concern over healthcare spans political parties with both Republicans (21%) and Democrats (33%) prioritising healthcare.
Trump’s highest issue approval ratings remain the US economy (44%), employment and jobs (45%) and dealing with ISIS/ISIL (46%). The President continues to struggle to raise his approval on the environment (32%), corruption (33%), and the way he treats people like me (33%). Overall, Trump’s job approval is at 35%.
Ahead of the latest Congressional vote to discuss Obamacare, the American public lost some confidence in their Representatives. Dropping four percentage points this week, 40% of Americans say they approve of the way their Congressperson is handling their job as Representative.
