According to Khatuna Maglakelidze, owner and Director of Tsiskvili, the company plans to diversify the brand. As she says, “The year 2012 is a year of renewal and innovations for Tsiskvili”.
“Tsiskvili has been on the Georgian market for 10 years already. For our 10th anniversary we have decided to position ourselves on the market with a very different and brand-new image. We promise to present this novelty on our anniversary. Implementing novelties has become common for our restaurant,” Maglakelidze said.
“We have renewed our menu for Tsiskvili Beer Square. We now offer special dishes from different countries around the world, all of which taste good together with beer. We are offering our foreign guests the new programme Master Classes of Georgian Cuisine and Culture. We renewed our show programme in Tsiskvili as well as in our Beer Square. The programme is now targeted at Georgian and foreign clients’ tastes. We are also planning some innovations which will be implemented this Autumn,” Maglakelidze said.
“Tsiskvili is a traditional Georgian restaurant which supports the popularization of Georgian cuisine, culture and history. The architectural aspect is also very specific. Our menu includes different popular and in-demand dishes from the menus of foreign countries. Tsiskvili offers people European as well as Latin-American and Asian dishes,” Maglakelidze said.
All categories of people can visit the restaurant Tsiskvili. As Maglakelidze says, “There is a variety of dishes to choose from and very flexible prices”.
“People can unwind at our restaurant and enjoy delicious dishes with friends, family or partners. We have a large choice of different dishes at quite acceptable prices. There is something for everyone on our menu taking in to account people’s different budgets,” Maglakelidze stated.
“Tsiskvili is oriented on ecologically clean products. Our distribution office obtains products from different regions of Georgia. We choose the right region according to which provides the highest quality products in their different categories,” Maglakelidze said.
Tsiskvili offers its customers online orders. People can make an online order without leaving their home or office. This project greatly saves the time of the customer. As Maglakelidze says, “This service is more popular among companies and organizations as special agreements need to be signed between the customer and the restaurant”.
“We have a delivery service which was implemented due to high demand from customers. This service is very popular at Tsiskvili at the moment. People nowadays tend to lack time. So we decided to create special programmes and projects which give our clients the ability to save time. We created a business lunch culture at the restaurant with a delivery service targeted at different companies and organizations. Its value is in its giving the opportunity to customers to choose specific dishes to be delivered for lunch without having to leave the office,” Maglakelidze said.
“We have also implemented a new direction – Restaurant Tsiskvili at Your House, whereby the restaurant caters at family events. Due to the fact that the preparation process for a feast or party at home demands such a great deal of time and energy, we now offer our clients a catering service at their homes,” Maglakelidze said.
