The FINANCIAL — Bank Republic, Societe Generale Group, has signed an agreement of cooperation with Samory Balde, winner of the popular TV show Dancing With The Stars.
The show, presented by Bank Republic, which finished recently, was produced by TBC TV studio aired on Imedi TV.
BR gave an additional reward to Samory Balde when they decided to become a sponsor of his songs’ album which will be recorded at Bravo Records studio.
“We decided to be involved in the project as Dancing With The Stars is such a popular international show. The winner of the Georgian version – Samory Balde, really became the favourite contestant of the population. He gained a huge amount of respect and love of TV viewers. He was really exceptional and stood out from all the other participants of the project,” said Ekaterine Toroshelidze, Marketing Manager of BR.
“Samori’s character is quite similar to our bank brand. Very active, innovative, team spirited, professional and communicative with society are our common characteristics. Society loves him very much. We decided to reveal what he was keen about and what he was doing as well as the project. It appeared that he was creating quite valuable music at home. So that’s why we decided to sponsor his album, which will be recorded at Bravo Records,” Toroshelidze said.
“Samori is a very communicative person, so we decided to involve him in our activities in the direction of public relations. He will take part in different BR activities such as corporate or charity actions,” Toroshelidze said.
“Samori has created many songs and a lot of music. We are now working on choosing the compositions and lyrics for the music. We will start recording the album in June and the album will be ready by July. Samori likes to work hard and he has proved it to society. It’s really easy to work with him,” said Sopho Chkhaidze from Bravo Records.
“Most of Georgian society has quite big affection for Samori. He is very popular now. He is a very goal-oriented person and really very talented. He creates nice music and we are sure that society will enjoy his music and that his album will become quite popular,” said Chkhaidze.
