The FINANCIAL — Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko forecasts that incumbent Acting Internal Affairs Minister Yurii Lutsenko will work for her team if she is elected as the president.
This is disclosed at her personal website.
At the same time, the prime minister said that first she needs to win the presidential elections and only then talk about possible new appointments.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on January 28, the parliament removed Lutsenko from the post of interior affairs minister by 231 votes at an extraordinary session.
On the same day, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Lutsenko as a first deputy interior affairs minister/acting interior affairs minister.
The Interior Affairs Ministry considers the appointment of Lutsenko to be in line with the legislation.
