The FINANCIAL — As of October 19, Ukrainian agrarians harvested 50.66 mln tonnes of grains and pulses throughout the areas of 13.019 mln ha, or 89% of the plan. The average yield totaled 3.89 t/ha, reported the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.
In particular, Ukraine harvested corn grain throughout 2.513 mln ha (61%), the produced volumes reached 12.88 mln tonnes, with the yield of 5.12 t/ha.
Ukrainian agrarians harvested buckwheat throughout 119 thsd ha (90%). The production volumes totaled 138 thsd tonnes, with the yield of 1.16 t/ha. Also, agrarians harvested 207 thsd tonnes of millet throughout 104 thsd ha (97%), with the yield of 2 t/ha, according to APK-Inform.
Also, as of the reporting date Ukraine harvested 10.087 mln tonnes of sunflower seed throughout 4.755 mln ha (96%). The average yield totaled 2.12 t/ha.
Ukraine already produced 3.078 mln tonnes of soybeans. The harvested areas reached 1.808 mln ha (84%), with the yield of 1.7 t/ha.
