The FINANCIAL — During eight months of 2017, the general exports of goods from Ukraine totaled 27.5 bln USD (up 4.8 bln USD compared with the same period last year), including 41.2% of products of the agricultural sector and food industry, reported the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine on October 20.
In particular, in the reporting period Ukraine increased the exports of sunflower oil (up 666.6 mln USD), corn (up 634.1 mln USD), rapeseed (up 166.4 mln USD), sugar (up 149.4 mln USD), soybeans (up 110.6 mln USD).
It is noted that the European Union remained the main trade partner of Ukraine, its share of purchases reached 40%. And the share of Russia totaled 9.5% only, according to APK-Inform.
