The FINANCIAL — On July1, 2011, Nikholay Prysiazhnyuk, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, urges farmers not to rush to sell the new harvest grain volumes to traders at the offered prices.
It is noted that the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food is concerned about information received from Ukrainian farmers on low grain prices, which traders try to dictate to them.
N.Prysiazhnyuk also noted that the Ministry currently provide negotiations with the National Bank of Ukraine and a number of commercial banks regarding prolongation of credits to farmers, which are due to return.
