The FINANCIAL — The EU-funded Black and Caspian Sea Project organised a regional training on the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW).
The event was attended by representatives from the country’s Infrastructure Ministry, state authorities dealing with transport safety, maritime and river transport, and other institutions.
The event covered various topics related to the STCW. Each theoretical session was followed by group case studies to further enhance the knowledge and skills of the participants. The event was organised by the European Maritime Safety Agency.
