Ukraine: selling prices of agricultural commodities increased

The FINANCIAL — In January-March of 2015, in Ukraine the average selling prices of agricultural enterprises for agricultural commodities increased by 70% compared with the same period of 2014, declared the press-service of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine on April 16.

In particular, in the reporting period the average prices for commodities of plant growing industry grew in 2.1 times compared with 2014, and the prices for livestock commodities – up 46%, according to APK Inform-Agency.

In March 2015, the average selling prices for agricultural products grew by 15% compared with the previous month, in particular for plant growing commodities – up 17%, for livestock commodities – up 9%.
