The FINANCIAL — The Steps of the State Customs Service regarding delayed vessels with grain in the Ukrainian ports are illegal, stated the Director of Affiliated Undertaking Syntez Trans and the Expert in transport issue and tariff policy of the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation Igor Kotlyar.
According to him the Customs Service does not look into the issue and has too many rights and too little of duties, and has no responsibility.
"It happened due to the small activity of the market participants and brokers during the new customs codex formulation, noted the expert," Agri Market informs.
According to him the Customs Service formulated the Customs Codex for itself and now they are allowed to make any lawlessness.
