The FINANCIAL — Ukraine plans to increase exports of agricultural commodities to the Middle East and Asian countries, including the Iranian market, declared Oleksiy Pavlenko, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, on September 2.
According to him, in mid-September the Ministry will have a working visit to Tehran (Iran). According to preliminary calculations, Ukraine is able to export at least 3 mln tonnes of grains to the country. Also, supplying of chicken meat and egg powder are quite promising.
At the same time, the market of the European Union countries remains as one the priorities for Ukrainian agricultural exports. Many Ukrainian companies continue realizing certification works for compliance with all EU regulations.
