The FINANCIAL — The Texas Executive Education program at the University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business is offering a new course of classes known as The Modern Executive Series.
The course is a series of five-day classes are designed to improve local executives’ skills in leadership and influence, strategy and finance through training with UT faculty as well as business elites.
The classes complement the most popular two-day classes in the Texas Executive Education program and bring together some of the most popular professors from the classes. In total, the new program offers six week-long classes: Advocacy, Influence and Power; Leading Change and Driving Innovative Thinking; Designing Winning Strategies For Advantage And Growth; Driving Strategic Business Decisions; Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers; and Financial Analysis For Value Creation.
“We designed The Modern Executive Series based on participant feedback,” Gaylen Paulson associate dean and director for Texas Executive Education, said in a statement. “We heard from participants across all industries that they wanted additional time to delve into topics, with more opportunities for networking and practical application.”
