The FINANCIAL — A member of the European Commission for Democracy through Law Maryna Stavniichuk considers that the turnout at local elections was low, Stavniichuk told the Fifth TV Channel.
At the same time, she said that the turnout at local elections is slightly lower than at presidential or parliamentary elections.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, in accordance with unofficial data of the Central Election Commission, 28.8% of votes took part in the voting for deputies of the Supreme Council of Crimea, local councils, village, town and city chairmen as of 3:00 p.m.
CEC chairman Volodymyr Shapoval believes that the turnout at local elections was good.
