Virgin America Reports June 2015 Operational Results

The FINANCIAL — Virgin America on July 8 reported its preliminary operational results for June 2015.

The airline’s traffic (measured in revenue passenger miles) decreased 1.9 percent on capacity (measured in available seat miles) that was 1.3% lower from the same month in 2014, according to Virgin America.

Load factor was 85.6 percent, down 0.5 points from June 2014. The number of onboard passengers increased 4.1 percent from the same month last year.
