The FINANCIAL — Visa Inc. on April 18 announced the appointment of Mike Milotich as senior vice president of investor relations effective immediately.
Mr. Milotich will report to Visa’s chief financial officer Vasant Prabhu, succeeding Jack Carsky who retired in December 2017.
Mr. Milotich joined Visa in 2011, most recently leading the corporate finance team. He previously held a variety of finance roles at PayPal and American Express, according to Visa.
In his new role, Mr. Milotich will be responsible for leading Visa’s outreach to the investor community and proactively communicating Visa’s vision, opportunities and plans to our investors.

Mr. Milotich has an MBA in Finance from New York University (NYU) and a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
