The FINANCIAL — VTB Bank Georgia, one of the leading banks on local market has started offering mortgage loans with lowered interest rates.
10 years mortgage with 13% interest rate is available since June 2010. Maximal amount of loan should not exceed 500 000 USD. Bank said necessary condition for persons applying for Hypo loan is 1000 GEL salary.
VTB bank is extending and broadening crediting of physical persons. News is that loans now are available for persons who are not involved in VTB salary program.
