The FINANCIAL — In 2013, VTB Bank increased the volume of credits to physical persons by 43.6%. Mentioned growth index is the highest at the market. The total amount of credits issued during the year was 208.3 million GEL.
Mortgage loan portfolio has the highest growth index among the other types of credits to physical persons. During 2013, the growth of the mortgage loan portfolio amounted to 55.1%. The consumer loan portfolio amounted to 33.2% and Auto loan portfolio to 43.3%.
Low interest rates, quick and flexible loan-processing procedures and Mortgage and Auto loan campaigns initiated by the Bank in 2013, are what caused the increasement of physical persons’ loan portfolio.
