“Contracts between us and our partner companies are negotiated on an individual basis. Our main duty is to repair damaged appliances within 30 working days. If we fail to do this the customer has the right to demand a replacement of the damaged item from the retailer. But such occurrences are very rare. We partner leading international brands which supply us with sufficient original spare parts,” said Goglidze.
