The FINANCIAL — Wizz Air on August 3 started operating a new route from its Warsaw base.
The newest WIZZ service connects the Polish capital with Split in Croatia with two weekly flights, according to Wizz Air.
Split is a popular holiday destination on the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea. As the main transport hub in the region, the city is also a link to numerous nearby islands.
Wizz Air now offers a total of 39 routes to 20 countries from Warsaw. The airline has recently added a 6th aricraft to its Warsaw base launching five new route to such attractive destinations as Porto in Portugal, Reykjavik in Iceland, Bari in Italy and Aberdeen and Bristol in the United Kingdom.
